Kentucky Lake, a wonderful place to have a vacation. It is a great place for fishing, boating, swimming, golfing hiking, hunting or just plain relaxing and getting away from it all. Kentucky Lake is the Tennessee River and is 200 miles long and has over 2400 miles of shoreline. It connects with the Tom-Big-Bee waterway in Alabama. When it was built in 1945 it was the largest man-made lake in the world and still is in the top ten.

Imagine, twenty nine hundred square feet where you can relax with a million dollar view. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms one with a view of the Dam and the main lake and the other with a great view of Sledd Creek, a reading alcove, and a bathroom. Down stairs there is a large master Bedroom and bath, a large living room with a beautiful fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen with a open countertop to the dining room. Step out of the living room onto the 12 x 30 back porch. The living room and porch have a gorgeous view of Sledd Creek and is only a few hundred feet away from some of the best fishing on Kentucky Lake. One side of the porch leads to a gated deck with a built in 6 person hot tub. The other side of the porch steps down to a flagstone patio and a Joggling Bench. There is a huge flagstone patio in front of the house with stone walls and exposed aggregate walkways all around the house.

There is a two car carport with a 10 x 24 storage room with ample parking on the drive which is a circle drive. The lot is 1 and 1/3 acres of oak and hickory trees and lots of squirrels and birds. This is one of the best lots on Sledd Creek, which is the premier sub division on Kentucky Lake. Take a walk down a gentle slope on the boat path to the lake where you will find a riprap walkway leading to a 6 x 40 floating dock. The dock is shared with a neighbor who anchors his pontoon on the opposite side of the dock.

There are three King Beds, two queen sofa beds and a day bed that can accommodate up to 10 adults

Minimum rental - 2 nights
$275.00 per night for up to eight adults, $25.00 per additional adult (10 adults maximum), $1,650.00 per week plus additional person charges
Off Season Rates (October 15 to March 15)
$200.00 per night for up to eight adults, $25.00 per additional adult (10 adults maximum), $1200.00 per week plus additional person charges

A security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required
